AMI Acquires Assets and Intellectual
Property of Exel Orbital Systems

We are pleased to announce that Arc Machines has purchased certain assets, patents and intellectual property related to the orbital welding products of Exel Orbital Systems of Santa Monica California. 

The Exel brand consists of a range of fusion power supplies, weld-heads and accessories aimed at the high-purity, fixtures and fittings welding market (semi-conductor, medical, aerospace). Following a period of technology integration they will be produced at the AMI Pacoima facility and sold through a new AMI subsidiary named Exel Orbital Products.

We are currently accepting orders for new EXEL products, parts, and service.
